FABVOS llc Fostering is a DOE  school vendor that provides high-quality martial arts training sessions during daytime and after-school programming. The goal is to introduce, teach, and spread the practice of self-development through martial arts training to students. To achieve this we've meticulously crafted comprehensive curriculums that offer students different pathways to practice the empty-hand way of self-development known to most as karate. This practice is led by Sensei Aphique Woods-Joseph, a practitioner that has spent the last 15 years successfully teaching this training method to students in school programs throughout NYC.  Now 24 years since he started in an after-school program he continues the tradition of "each one teach one" passing on the way that once helped him to another generation.
